I have had the Quinoa Seaweed Salad with shrimp ($7.25) organic quinoa. seaweed salad, cooked shrimp and organic spring mix. I have also had the healthy Kale Goma-oe ($4) which I now prefer over the usual spinach; I loved the Lo Carb Sushi, as well as the cucumber wrapped wild salmon/avocado, and the seaweed wrapped California roll. They also offer many different juice concoctions, one that I enjoyed was the refreshing Quench ($6) with cucumber, pineapple, coconut water, pear and lime.
You will find a menu filled with healthy offerings for eating in, take-out, they also offer sushi party trays for your office or home gatherings.
